Branch Director (Clinical Manager) – Home Health Location: Baytown TX Pay: $95,000 – $103,000/year + Sign-On Bonus | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Why Join Us: • Competitive salary $95,000 – $103,000/year • Sign-On Bonus • Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision • 401K with Company Match • Generous PTO and Paid Holidays • Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability • Mileage Reimbursement & Cell Phone Allowance • All supplies and equipment provided Position Highlights: • Oversee clinical and non-clinical services for home health branch operations • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations • Manage and mentor staff to meet quality and productivity goals • Review patient schedules, admissions, transfers, and plans of care • Conduct audits, lead staff meetings, and maintain survey readiness • Coordinate emergency preparedness and disaster plans Requirements: • Current RN license (state-specific or Nurse Licensure Compact) • Graduate of accredited nursing program • Minimum 2 years nursing experience (within last 36 months) • Minimum 1 year home health experience • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation • CPR certification • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Apply HERE Or Send Resume to Jennifer@theipgteam.com
