At IntegrityNext, we are committed to making supply chains more sustainable and socially responsible. Our backend services run on Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) with Postgres in Docker containers . We use AWS (ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) and follow the principle "you build it, you run it." Our team manages code in GitHub and uses GitHub Actions for integration and deployment. • Develop and enhance backend services – Work on the backend side of a client-server application by building new microservices, adding features, and maintaining existing functions • Understand customer needs – Learn about customer challenges and develop the best possible solutions • Plan and optimize backend systems – Analyze current requirements to plan and implement future backend updates and improvements • Contribute to system architecture – Participate in planning everything from database configuration to deployment • Educational background in software development – Degree in computer science or a related field • Professional experience as a software engineer – Several years of experience in backend development • Proficiency in backend technologies – Experience with Java 8 or newer, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Python with FastAPI and Pydantic, and Docker • Commitment to clean coding – Writing well-documented, tested, and maintainable code • Database expertise – Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) • Experience with microservices – Hands-on experience in building and scaling backend microservice projects, with a desire to grow further in this area • AWS knowledge (preferred) – Familiarity with AWS Lambda and ECS is an advantage • Collaborative mindset – You value open communication and quick decision-making processes • Fluent English skills – Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment • Exciting and meaningful tasks – A role with real impact and excellent earning potential • Agile work environment – Work in an international, high-growth setting with long-term development opportunities • Great team culture – Join a professional and welcoming team excited to have you on board • Attractive benefits – 30 vacation days and an EGYM Wellpass membership for work-life balance • Flat hierarchies – Take ownership of your ideas and actively shape the company’s success • Flexible work setup – Inspiring office space in the heart of Munich with the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany
