Job Title: Sr. Grants Analyst (Remote) Company Overview: Integrity Management Services, Inc. Role Overview: As a Sr. Grants Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing grant programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective use of funds. You will work closely with government agencies and internal teams to support fraud prevention initiatives and enhance program integrity. What You'll Do: - You will analyze grant applications and financial reports to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. - You will monitor grant expenditures and identify potential risks or irregularities. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and government agencies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for fraud detection and prevention. - You will assist in the development and implementation of grant management policies and procedures. - You will provide training and support to staff on grant compliance and reporting requirements. - You will conduct audits and reviews to verify the accuracy of grant-related data. - You will stay current with changes in grant regulations and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management or financial analysis, preferably within government healthcare programs. - Strong knowledge of federal and state grant regulations and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and grant management software. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with fraud detection and prevention in government programs. - Familiarity with healthcare program funding and regulatory environments. - Certification in grants management or related fields. - Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
