Job Title: Sr. Grants Analyst (Remote) Company Overview: Integrity Management Services, Inc. Role Overview: As a Sr. Grants Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing grant programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective use of funds. You will work closely with government agencies and internal teams to support the prevention of fraud and abuse in healthcare programs through detailed financial analysis and reporting. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze grant applications and financial reports to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. - You will monitor grant expenditures and identify discrepancies or potential risks related to fraud or misuse of funds. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for government stakeholders and internal leadership. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving grant management processes. - You will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to grant oversight. - You will provide training and guidance to junior analysts and other team members. - You will stay current with changes in grant regulations and healthcare compliance standards. - You will support audits and investigations by providing accurate financial data and analysis. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in grants management, financial analysis, or a related field. - You possess strong knowledge of federal and state grant regulations and compliance requirements. - You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software. - You demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - You have experience working in healthcare or government sectors preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with fraud detection and prevention in healthcare programs. - Familiarity with government auditing standards and procedures. - Certification in grants management or financial analysis (e.g., CGMS, CPA). - Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams.
