Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Provide senior-level support in Federal grants management and financial assistance programs, helping agencies navigate the full lifecycle of grants and cooperative agreements. Our team ensures compliance with Federal regulations and streamlines processes to enhance efficiency and accountability. Key Responsibilities Providing expert-level technical advice and consultation across all phases of the grants management lifecycle, including pre-award, post-award, and closeout. Conducting price/cost analyses, implementing new developments, and interpreting policy to guide program managers and senior leadership. Reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and agency-specific policies governing Federal financial assistance. Troubleshooting and resolving complex grants management issues in order to maintain program integrity and compliance. Supporting the development of procedures, templates, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in grants administration. Preparing documentation, reports, and correspondence that reflect expert understanding of Federal Assistance practices and requirements. Advising leadership on the implications of regulatory changes and new policy guidance. Required Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of Federal grants and/or acquisition management experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, or a related discipline. Expert knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Demonstrated expertise in Federal financial assistance practices, policies, and lifecycle management. Ability to independently address complex grants management challenges and propose effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience providing direct support to Federal agencies such as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) or Department of Transportation (DOT), particularly in discretionary and competitive grant programs. Such as Federal highway grants, construction grants, equipment or procurement included. Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) certification is preferred. Familiarity with Federal grant management systems such as ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions. Experience with Federal construction grant programs and infrastructure-related financial assistance.
