The Client Services position at Integrity Advisory Solutions is designed to increase sales within the Wealth sector through direct contact with Independent Financial Advisors. This role answers directly to the business stakeholders and will report to the President of Integrity Alliance. Let’s talk job responsibilities: Manage client assets within the Integrity Wealth owned books Support Advisor growth within Integrity Wealth Support Advisor growth within Legacy BAM Advisors, now Integrity Advisory Solutions Support Investment and Technology Assist in growing and recruiting Advisors to Integrity Alliance and Integrity Advisory Solutions Collaborate with cross-discipline teams support onboarding advisor practices to Integrity Alliance’s client portal. Work within Asana, Black Diamond, and other financial planning tools as appropriate to support the business Support Integrity employees interested in investing, opening IW investment accounts Your experience, skills, and education: 5-10 experience with Investor Client Services. Client facing experience, preferably at key stakeholder/decision maker level. Ability to demonstrate inclusion of risk and control parameters in daily activities and partnerships with key business support groups including Compliance, and Risk. Strong ability to collaborate with product and functional partner groups and effectively navigate complex matrix organization. Excellent execution record and ability to drive results. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus. Must have more than seven (7) years of marketing and selling with a proven sales management background, preferably in the Insurance industry. Must have excellent automation, analytical and problem resolution skills.
