Long-term contract (lasting until July 2028) REMOTE role with occasional travel onsite to Greenwood, SC (4-6x per year) Must live within 4-5 hours of South Carolina This position will co-lead the implementation and management of the Ariba Buying and Invoicing module. The ideal candidate will have procurement and accounting expertise to co-lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Ariba Buying and Invoicing module, customized to meet our organization's unique business needs. They will have expertise in Ariba solutions and project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Ariba Buying and Invoicing functionalities. This role requires excellent collaboration skills to work across IT, procurement, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities • Collaborate with your counterpart Project Manager to share ownership of the full project lifecycle for Ariba Buying and Invoicing initiatives, ensuring alignment across procurement and accounting requirements. • Develop and maintain the overall project timeline, ensuring the project stays on schedule and milestones are met. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounts payable, finance, and IT to translate business needs into Ariba module design and process improvements. • Co-manage solution testing, integration, user acceptance, training, and change management efforts. • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution using ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools to ensure timely fixes and quality delivery. • Jointly oversee communication with stakeholders and leadership to provide progress updates, risk mitigation strategies, and resource planning. • Share responsibility for training end-users and driving adoption within your respective domains. REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of Procurement/Finance/Supply Chain/Purchasing/AP experience 4+ years of Project Management experience (related to procurement, AP, finance) 4+ years of Ariba experience 2+ years of Ariba Buying & Invoicing experience (design/configure) Procurement Lifecycle experience Bachelors degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, etc) DESIRED: Familiar with PM tools (MS Project, Kantata, etc) SAP experience PMP Certification (preferred) Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 - $43.36 per hour Work Location: Remote
