We seek an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of project management and estimation within the landfill service sector, specifically with experience in gas extraction systems, leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget. Landfill Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities: • Lead the estimation process for new projects, including design-build and installations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations. • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. • Oversee the installation and maintenance of landfill gas extraction and leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems. • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the landfill service industry or related fields. • Strong knowledge of landfill gas extraction systems, leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems. • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
