Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account setup, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and improve processes for eDerm’s platform.
2-3+ years onboarding or account management experience, preferably in healthcare SaaS, with knowledge of EMR systems, DNS, HIPAA, strong organizational and communication skills.
Description: • Primary point of contact for new practices after signing an agreement with eDerm • Own the setup process end-to-end: gathering required information, configuring accounts, and preparing clients to go live • Gather and verify client data (locations, provider lists, technical access, order/intake forms) • Coordinate account and system setup (DNS/email records, scheduler links, integrations) • Configure campaigns and automation in eDerm’s platform according to client requirements • Provide clear updates and next steps to clients and internal teams • Troubleshoot and resolve setup obstacles quickly • Document client workflows and maintain detailed records • Deliver light training on dashboards, reporting, and best practices • Suggest process and documentation improvements Requirements: • 2–3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or account management (healthcare SaaS or medical practice experience is a plus) • Working knowledge of EMR systems, DNS settings, and HIPAA guidelines is helpful • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical steps for non-technical users • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent onboardings Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance bonuses tied to onboarding efficiency and client feedback • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Remote work (employees can work remotely)
