What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising. - You possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and can navigate CRM software. - You demonstrate a passion for social justice and community engagement. - You are reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising or telemarketing. - Familiarity with fundraising databases and CRM tools. - Bilingual abilities to engage a diverse donor base. - Experience working in a remote call center or home-based role.
