What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising. - You have strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone presence. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and can navigate CRM software or similar tools. - You demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or telefundraising role. - Familiarity with fundraising techniques and donor engagement. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience working remotely or managing a home office setup.
