To advance us further along our journey to excellence at Integer Holdings Corporation, we are launching Symphony, a program that will implement an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly enables the Integer Production System, including elements such as the production monitoring and improvement process, sales, inventory, and operations planning. What you’ll do in this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing the future of Data & Analytics at Integer, leveraging SAP’s latest cloud-native offerings to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement SAP Datasphere solutions for enterprise-wide analytics, including semantic data modeling, virtualization, and integration of SAP and non-SAP sources. Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time and batch analytics, ensuring robust data governance, lineage, and security. Actively work on integration efforts between SAP Datasphere, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external platforms (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake), enabling hybrid analytics and self-service capabilities. Design and build data enabled (reports and dashboards) solutions that leverage the existing Data Analytics tech stack (Snowflake & Power BI) to support business users while all sites are being migrated to SAP S/4Hana. Leverage SAP BTP services (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA Cloud, AI Core) to extend analytics functionality, enable predictive modeling, and support data science workloads. Examples but not limited to: Work on persistency (database tables on SAP S/4HANA), Modeling (ABAP-CDS-Models), Access (OData Services and transient analytical queries) and visualization (SAP Fiori UI and Embedded SAP Analytics Cloud). Help define and enforce data architecture standards for performance, scalability, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX), including tiered storage and lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints. Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change management using tools such as Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM. Mentor and provide technical leadership to project teams, consultants, and delivery partners. Stay current on SAP innovations and recommend improvements for efficiency, automation, and advanced analytics enablement. What sets you apart: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SAP analytics and data architecture, with at least 3 years in SAP Datasphere and BTP. At least 2 full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in an architect or lead role. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-native SAP solutions. Skills: Deep expertise in SAP Datasphere: semantic modeling, data virtualization, integration, governance, and security. Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA Cloud, and AI enablement. Experience with data integration (ODP, ETL orchestration), data lifecycle management, and performance optimization. Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning integration, and data science pipelines. AI and Machine Learning Integration: Exposure with leading AI and ML platforms (e.g., DataRobot) for advanced analytics and augmented intelligence, such as the Joule copilot is a plus. Ability to integrate SAP and non-SAP sources for hybrid analytics (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.). Understanding of SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, CDS Views, and ABAP for Cloud. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and auditability. Experience with medical device industry data requirements is a plus. SAP certifications in Data & Analytics, S/4HANA, or BTP are a plus. Travel This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required. As such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.
