Requirements

A bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a similar field is required, along with knowledge of compensation and benefits processes. Previous experience in a global public company is preferred, along with strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Responsible for a variety of day-to-day duties and projects including but not limited to, maintaining accuracy of employee data, conducting research, compensation program administration (including broad-based, short- and long-term compensation), project participation and tasks related to these processes. Responsible for maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while executing all responsibilities. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Compiles salary survey submission files, performs global job matching, responsible for market pay system maintenance and administration, ensuring accurate market data and internal data validation. Responsible for auditing data on a regular basis. Perform job evaluations and analysis of jobs, compensation benchmarking, data collection, base salaries and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of global pay practices. Provides data and input on recommendations. Maintains and updates job description library and job data in related HR systems for new Company roles and changes to existing roles, ensuring consistency among functions. Conducts research and analysis on compensation trends and best practices for purposes of monitoring program performance, controlling costs, ensuring market competitiveness, and data collection for recommendations on communication initiatives as well as plan design updates and/or changes. Supports program design, completes system testing and administration and provides communication support related to the annual salary planning process, equity compensation and short-term incentive programs administration. This includes but is not limited to analyzing data, data entries, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases and performs calculations, and is supportive in the creation and dissemination of communication tools and processes. Acts as a main contact for day-to-day compensation matters, including monitoring and answering queries to a functional email inbox. Escalates issues to Compensation Manager or higher, as needed. Ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information. Maintains a high level of data integrity in systems. Provides general functional analytic reporting and completes data requests. Performs other functions as required. Education & Experience: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or similar field. Certifications in compensation, general HR practice or related fields preferred, especially from associations such as SHRM, World @ Work, or similar. Minimum Experience: Knowledge of compensation, benefits and or Human Resources processes required. Previous experience with compensation function at a global public company preferred. Above average analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite products. Knowledge & Skills: Skills or Experience: Analytical thinker, data- and results driven, technical aptitude with various systems. Customer service mentality and/or background. Excellent written and verbal communication, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skill. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts including outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential data. Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure. Manage simultaneous projects and initiatives, with varying prioritization and interests. Identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner. Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct. Ability to learn new software programs. Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a strong, supportive team. Compensation Analyst Salary: $63,000- $92,400 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
