Overview: INTECON, LLC is seeking an experienced Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Operations / Task Manager to provide part-time program support and operational expertise for Air Mobility Command (AMC) Mission Planning Systems (MPS) Capability Drop-4 (CD-4). This position combines contract task management, reporting, and administrative coordination with senior-level operational insight to ensure MPS requirements and deliverables align with real-world mission planning needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Compile and deliver recurring program reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), tracking all contractor activities, deliverables, and travel. Monitor progress against task requirements, ensuring contract performance metrics are achieved and reported accurately. Maintain program documentation in government-approved systems such as SharePoint and Teams, ensuring version control and accessibility. Respond to government requests for information and data calls in a timely and accurate manner. Support annual Contractor Manpower Reporting by collecting and preparing labor hour data. Provide operational perspective to requirements and training materials, ensuring they reflect real-world MAF mission planning practices. Assist in continuity of operations planning to sustain mission-essential services during emergencies or personnel absences. Serve as a senior advisor to the Task Manager/Lead Analyst, providing subject matter expertise on AMC operations and mission planning processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent operational military experience may substitute for degree requirements. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Air Force operations, preferably within the Mobility Air Forces. Proven experience in operational planning, reporting, or staff-level coordination. Experience managing program documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Must Have Experience With: U.S. Air Force operations, particularly airlift, refueling, or mission planning. Preparing and managing program reports and status updates. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams). Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a defense program environment. Certifications and Training: Annual DoD Cyber Awareness training. Project management or program support certifications are desirable but not required. Proficiency In: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SharePoint and Teams for document management and collaboration. Task tracking and reporting tools. Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
