Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour Schedule: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Second Shift) Location: Montgomeryville, PA (On-site) Duration: 3+ months Position Overview We are seeking a Card Prototyping Coordinator to provide second-shift support for our card prototyping team. In this role, you’ll assist in producing high-quality customer samples, supporting the full manufacturing process — from printing in sheet form to final assembly and shipment. The ideal candidate is agile, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with printing and NPI teams on tasks carried over from the previous shift • Serve as backup to the Specialist when needed • Support color correction for artwork designs • Direct digital and silkscreen press operators on assigned work • Assist with manual perforation, sheet collation, lamination, and manual punching processes • Learn and perform additional manual printing operations to support second shift production • Utilize PDM and coordinate with logistics to order materials • Prepare and support shipment of finished samples • Contribute to new product qualifications and process improvements • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe prototyping lab and production area Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic math and reading skills • Demonstrated technical ability with manual and machine operations • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits (employee contribution): • Health insurance • Health savings account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Life insurance • Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
