At least 3 years of benefits account manager experience at retail agency level, active Life & Disability insurance license, proficiency with WA State Medical Carriers and wholesaler programs, and ability to work remotely from WA State.

My client is a 20 year old boutique insurance agency that specializes in employee benefits. Due to growth, they want to add an additional account manager. You will be able to work from home however, you must live in WA State and be proficient with WA State Medical Carriers and Association wholesaler programs and trusts. You will have about 40 groups and will be handling all parts of the renewal including spreading rates and the employee meeting. These groups are 50 lives or less and are WA State based. They use Wired Quote and Employee Navigator as well as Excel. The client offers a 100% paid benefits program and will ship all IT needed for the job. You need to have an active Life & Disability insurance license, have at least 3 years of benefits account manager experience at the retail agency level, and you must live in WA state to be eligible to work remotely. (The only exception would be for a candidate who recently moved out of state but lived in WA previously and knows the WA Carrier market). Knowledge of Wired Quote and Employee Navigator are required.
