Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE - Southern California Candidates Are you ready to use your Commercial Insurance expertise to help assist clients? Duties will include: Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client In charge of marketing new and renewal business Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer Performing other job-related duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: P&C license required 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience Proficiency in AMS360 Experience with small to mid-sized groups is preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures The Fun Stuff: Competitive pay based on experience A full suite of benefits - (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) matching Paid time off Educational assistance Why Work with Insurance Relief?
