Commercial Lines Account Manager - Middle Market - Remote - California We are currently only reviewing candidates located in PST & CST time zones A leading insurance brokerage in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the team! What’s in it for you? $75,000-$85,000 Full suite of benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Paid time off and paid holidays This position offers a fully remote schedule, with all necessary equipment provided MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours What we need from you: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager License: Active Property & Casualty license Tech Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities Account Management: Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts The Position: Client Management: Expertly manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Exceptional Service: Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism. Efficient Processing: Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements. Information Handling: Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
