Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager - Insurance - Remote An independent and reputable insurance brokerage in San Diego is actively seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager. This brokerage is committed to providing exceptional service to its members, partners, and employees, and is growing its team! Benefits and Compensation: • Salary: $65,000 - $72,000, commensurate with experience • Opportunities for commissions and bonuses • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off and company holidays Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within a retail brokerage environment • Active CA Property & Casualty license or must be willing to obtain a CA License • Required to work PST hours occasionally Key Responsibilities: • Professionally managing incoming calls, promptly responding to emails, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and needs. • Maintaining accurate client files and policy details within the agency management system. • Efficiently inputting applications and supporting online rating processes. • Thoroughly verifying critical information for file documentation, such as premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms. • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively.
