Our highly skilled medical team is committed to delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including infants and children, to improve quality of life and restore function. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist located in Harrison, NJ & Madison, NJ. The Medical Office Receptionist will handle day-to-day front-desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing appointment scheduling. The role involves coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance details, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. Additionally, the receptionist will assist with administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the medical office. Qualifications • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties • Experience with Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized schedules • Familiarity with Medical Office protocols and Insurance Verification processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with office software and medical record systems • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are a plus • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
