We’re looking for a Senior Google Paid Search (SEM) Manager with a strong focus on generating leads and new memberships for fitness clubs and gyms. We go far beyond clicks and leads — our predictive models and ROI tracking connect marketing dollars directly to new memberships and bottom-line growth. Responsibilities: • Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads Search, Display and YouTube campaigns. • Skilled in keyword research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. • Ability to monitor campaign performance with a strong focus on CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) metrics. • Solid understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile (Google My Business). • Experience developing ad copy, ad extensions, and landing page recommendations that drive results. • Experience with Quality Score, Ad Rank, and how it works to gain more clicks at a lower cost per click. • Competence in maintaining accurate UTM tagging for all traffic sources and campaigns. • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Commitment to staying up-to-date on Google Ads trends, policy changes, and best practices. • Expertise in budget management, ensuring proper pacing and efficient spending to meet ROI goals. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and make actionable optimization recommendations. Desired Experience (Not Required, but a Plus): • Basic understanding of HTML and PHP code. • Experience working with WordPress websites. • Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation. • Experience using CallRail for call tracking. • Experience using Agency Analytics or similar reporting platforms. • SEO experience or understanding of on-page and off-page optimization principles.
