We’re looking for a SEM / Google Paid Search Manager with a strong focus on generating leads and new memberships for fitness clubs and gyms. You don’t need years of experience — if you’re smart, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you how to run high-performing campaigns using our proven process. About Us: Instinctive Insights is a fast-growing, data-driven marketing agency helping fitness clubs and gyms maximize profitability from their marketing campaigns. We go far beyond clicks and leads — our predictive models and ROI tracking connect marketing dollars directly to new memberships and bottom-line growth. Responsibilities: As a Google Paid Search (SEM) Manager, you will: • Set up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads Search campaigns. • Have a basic understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis. • Monitor campaign performance with a strong focus on CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) metrics. • Understand Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). • Developing ad copy and ad extensions. • Multi-task and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Commit to staying up-to-date on Google Ads trends, policy changes, and best practices. • Manage budgets, ensuring proper pacing and efficient spend to meet ROI goals. Desired Experience (Not Required, but a Plus): • Background in website design and development. • Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and other website builders. • Basic understanding of SEO and search engine algorithms.
