Qualifications • In-depth knowledge of developing Requirement Specification documents, SAFe framework, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third part risk assessment, TPRM, HRM, CyberATO processes, SNOW Integration NIST CSF Guidelines, etc. • Five or more years of related work experience as BA and PO. • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field, or specialized training and equivalent work experience. • Certification: SAFe 5.5/6 - POPM, Business analysis certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). • Minimum three years of experience with Jira, SAFe, etc. • Proficient with MS Office Tools such as Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS. • Proficiency with User story development and Demo presentation. • Proficiency with technology solution assessments and validation. • Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations that are valued by the client. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and\or participate in multiple products\assignments with medium to high degree of complexity. • Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop, and influence users on the adoption of solid, actionable recommendations. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both customers and technical staffs. Team-oriented, business savvy, and adaptable. Preferred Qualifications • Five to Seven years of experience working with Project Lifecycle Management, SDLC, and business analysis, highlighting risks and issues in a SAFe/Agile environment. • Five to Seven years of experience working with business users to define accurate, meaningful, and measurable business cases, capabilities, features, technical/non-functional requirements, and user stories. • Five to Seven years of experience working with the stakeholders and customers to define acceptance criteria. • Five to Seven years of experience partnering with BA and product owner to ensure expectations and requirements are met and managed. • Prior experience on IRM, VRM, TPRM, HRM, and SNOW Integration is highly desirable. • Certifications: InfoSec - Security+, SSCP and/or CISSP • Ability to ensure compliance with guidelines, controls, policies, and procedures
