Job Title: supply chain Manager - healthcare Location: Fort Myers, FL (Onsite) Position Type: Full Time Reports to: Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations Overview Seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead fleet and courier services for healthcare supply chain. Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies. Collaborate with Culinary, Pharmacy, Nuclear Pharmacy, and EMS teams to drive efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead fleet and courier teams for compliant, efficient operations. Manage vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and safety. Track KPIs for continuous improvement. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Distribution. Follow DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA rules. Build a culture of safety and teamwork. Qualifications 5+ years supervising fleet, logistics, or transportation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with logistics systems, telematics, and data decisions. Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related (preferred).
