Job Description: • Join the Experimentation Platform team to shape systems that drive data-informed product decisions • Design, build, and evolve internal A/B testing and metrics platforms • Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to deliver user-facing capabilities • Enable new experimentation methodologies and develop tools to help teams move faster Requirements: • Strong sense of ownership, ability to drive work from problem definition to delivery, willingness to learn AI-first technologies • Solid experience with data infrastructure technologies such as Python, Airflow, Snowflake, and dbt in a production environment • Experience contributing to a large, shared codebase and collaborating with cross-functional partners • Strong proficiency in SQL, experience writing, debugging, and optimizing queries • Strong knowledge of React, building and maintaining user-facing web applications • 6+ years of professional experience in a similar engineering role Benefits: • Highly market-competitive compensation • New hire equity grant • Annual refresh grants
