Role Description Instacart’s Retail Partnerships team manages the relationships with all of our retail partners. A vital part of this work is supported by the Strategy & Planning organization, which helps run all operational elements of the team and enables our account teams. Within this group, the Sales Operations pillar is critical to ensuring operational rigor, scalable processes, and high-impact enablement. We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Retail Partnerships team. In this role, you will help build and execute end-to-end sales operations processes, business rhythm reporting, ensure data hygiene among sales users in the CRM, and ad-hoc analysis. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen Retail Partnerships’ operational foundation while directly contributing to growth and scalability. The Retail Partnerships Sales Operations organization is made up of four primary components: Process, Systems, Reporting, and Enablement. Together, this group ensures account teams are supported with data, planning, and process rigor. The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability in all core sales processes. • Maintain scalability, drive automation, and ensure accuracy of operational processes. • Project manage the rhythm of the business reporting cadence through MBRs, QBRs, etc. • Support leadership reporting by ensuring consistent process adoption and high data integrity. • Drive user adoption of our tools and systems to create a source of truth in the CRM. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated project management experience and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. • Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. • Highly proficient in Salesforce. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities with urgency. • Interest in contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth environment and willingness to step in wherever needed. Requirements • Exposure to and understanding of the retail industry. • Experience working closely with a distributed sales team. • Salesforce Admin certification. • Experience with Tableau. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants. • For US based candidates, the base pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below: • CA, NY, CT, NJ: $122,000 — $135,000 USD • WA: $117,000 — $130,000 USD • OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI: $112,000 — $124,000 USD • All other states: $101,000 — $112,000 USD
