Role Overview: As a Sr Data and Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the reporting infrastructure to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will oversee the development, validation, and delivery of complex reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights for stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using BI tools to meet business requirements. - You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications. - You will ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous validation and quality checks. - You will document reporting processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues in a timely manner. - You will support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and documentation. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - US Citizenship, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
