Role Overview: As a Sr Data and Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the reporting infrastructure to support business intelligence initiatives. You will oversee the development, validation, and delivery of complex reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using BI tools. - You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy. - You will validate data sources and perform quality assurance on reports to maintain integrity. - You will automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - You will document reporting procedures and provide training to end-users. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues promptly. - You will support ad-hoc data requests and perform detailed data analysis as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and automation techniques. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
