Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance organizational data capabilities. Your role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with strategic business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will lead end-to-end project management for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - You will coordinate with stakeholders across IT, data analytics, and business units to define project scope and objectives. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - You will manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies. - You will facilitate communication among project teams and executive leadership. - You will oversee vendor relationships and contract management related to data projects. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - You possess strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture. - You are proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - You have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - You hold a PMP or equivalent project management certification. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in data analytics or business intelligence. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
