Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance data management, integration, and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and issues proactively. - You will communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data projects. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - You will oversee vendor and third-party relationships related to data solutions. - You will drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Strong knowledge of data management, data integration, and analytics platforms. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in data governance and compliance standards. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
