Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance business intelligence and data management capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive project success. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks. - You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data-centric projects. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align expectations. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout project execution. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or data management projects. - Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and business intelligence tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Background in software development or data engineering. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
