Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance data management, integration, and analytics capabilities. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and issues proactively. - You will communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies and data governance. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align expectations. - You will ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards throughout project execution. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Strong knowledge of data management, data integration, and analytics platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - Experience working in remote and distributed team environments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards like GDPR or HIPAA. - Technical background in data engineering or analytics. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
