Your role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning project objectives with strategic business goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. - You will lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and IT professionals to drive project success. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. - You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively. - You will communicate project status, issues, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with organizational standards and data governance policies. - You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project teams. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and business intelligence tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - Experience working in remote and distributed team environments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Background in software development or data engineering. - Experience in the financial services or healthcare industries.
