Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align project goals. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks. - You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data projects. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout project execution. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous process improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or analytics projects. - Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. - Background in the technology consulting or enterprise software industry.
