Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance our clients' data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - You will develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. - You will facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent progress reports to clients and leadership. - You will oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively. - You will ensure compliance with organizational standards and data governance policies. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Strong knowledge of data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Experience working in remote and distributed team environments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA. - Background in software development or data engineering. - Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster.
