Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals, timelines, and quality standards while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively to meet project milestones. - You will coordinate with data architects, engineers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project integration. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact. - You will communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly. - You will foster collaboration across teams to drive project success and continuous improvement. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout project lifecycles. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process enhancements within the PMO. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of data analytics tools and BI platforms. - Experience in the consulting industry or with large-scale enterprise clients.
