Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance business intelligence and data management capabilities. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align project goals. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and mitigating issues. - You will communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data-centric projects. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within project teams. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout project execution. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process enhancements within the PMO. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or data analytics projects. - Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Strong knowledge of data management concepts, data governance, and enterprise data architecture. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - Experience working in remote and distributed team environments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Background in software development or data engineering. - Experience in the financial services or healthcare industries.
