Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance business intelligence and data management capabilities. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive project success. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and mitigating issues. - You will communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data-centric projects. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within project teams. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout project execution. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management frameworks. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or business intelligence projects. - Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Strong knowledge of data management concepts, data governance, and enterprise data architecture. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in data analytics or data engineering. - Additional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
