Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - You will coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - You will lead risk management efforts and implement mitigation strategies. - You will facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. - You will monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership. - You will ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data initiatives. - You possess strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and analytics platforms. - You are proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - You have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - You hold a PMP or equivalent project management certification. - You are authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Background in change management and organizational transformation. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
