Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive project success. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks. - You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively. - You will implement best practices in project management and data governance to enhance project efficiency. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within project teams. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to data management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Background in data analytics or business intelligence. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
