Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance our clients' data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and issues proactively. - You will communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and clients. - You will implement best practices in project management methodologies tailored to data projects. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - You will oversee vendor relationships and contract management related to data solutions. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise data projects. - Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and analytics platforms. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Background in data security and compliance standards. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
