Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive project success. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks. - You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively. - You will implement best practices in project management and data governance to ensure compliance and data integrity. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within project teams. - You will manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data technology solutions. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management standards. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or analytics projects. - You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - You are proficient with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - You hold a PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification. - You have experience working in remote and distributed team environments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in vendor management and contract negotiation. - Experience mentoring and leading project management teams.
