Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Data Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Data, you will lead complex data-driven projects that enhance organizational data capabilities and support strategic business objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise data initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will lead end-to-end project management for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. - You will coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business units to define project scope and deliverables. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and manage resources effectively. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain project health and timelines. - You will facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration. - You will oversee vendor management and contract negotiations related to data projects. - You will ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout project execution. - You will provide regular status reports and updates to senior leadership and project sponsors. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data or data management projects. - Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and enterprise data platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with data analytics tools and BI platforms. - Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment. - Advanced certifications in data management or IT governance.
