Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop scalable Large Language Models tailored to specific business needs. - You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems. - You will optimize model performance through rigorous testing and fine-tuning. - You will lead research initiatives to stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and methodologies. - You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - You will ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy standards. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong focus on Large Language Models. - You possess advanced proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - You have hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Background in deploying AI models in production environments. - Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
