Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop scalable Large Language Models tailored to specific business needs. - You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into applications. - You will optimize model performance through rigorous testing, tuning, and validation. - You will lead the deployment of AI models in production environments ensuring reliability and efficiency. - You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - You will stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies to drive innovation. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model implementation. - You will document AI development processes and maintain best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering with a focus on Large Language Models. - Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs. - Background in software engineering with knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with data engineering and pipeline development. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
