Role Overview: As the Lead Digital Product Manager for Global Digital Payments, you will spearhead the development and execution of digital payment strategies on a global scale. This role is pivotal in driving product innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless payment experiences for users across diverse markets. What You'll Do: - You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global digital payment solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality payment products. - You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends. - You will analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features. - You will manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress to senior leadership. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all payment products. - You will mentor and guide junior product managers and team members to foster professional growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on digital payments or fintech. - Proven track record of managing global payment products and driving successful product launches. - Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, digital wallets, and transaction security. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in agile environments and using product management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency payment systems. - Background in regulatory compliance related to payments. - Prior experience in a remote, distributed team environment. - MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or technology.
