This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in payment systems and a passion for innovation in the digital finance space. What You'll Do: - You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for global digital payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and compliance to deliver seamless payment experiences. - You will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs to meet market demands. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements. - You will drive stakeholder engagement and communicate product vision effectively across all levels. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product developments. - You will mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on digital payments. - Strong knowledge of global payment systems, digital wallets, and fintech ecosystems. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset. - Experience working in agile environments and using product management tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency payment solutions. - Background in compliance and regulatory frameworks related to payments. - Prior experience in a senior or associate director role. - Familiarity with data analytics and user experience design principles.
