Job Title: Instructional Designer Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a forward-thinking educational technology company dedicated to transforming learning experiences through innovative instructional design and technology integration. Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a critical role in interpreting complex concepts such as LPPM/IPPM and translating them into clear, practical, and repeatable learning materials tailored for diverse audiences. Your expertise will help ensure that our educational content is both effective and accessible. What You'll Do: - You will analyze and interpret LPPM/IPPM concepts to create instructional content that meets learner needs. - You will design and develop engaging, learner-centered training materials for various delivery methods. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - You will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theories to enhance content effectiveness. - You will review and revise existing materials to improve clarity and usability. - You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. - You will utilize authoring tools and learning management systems to develop and deploy content. - You will gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve learning solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field. - Strong understanding of LPPM/IPPM concepts and ability to translate them into practical content. - Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content deployment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in corporate training or professional development environments. - Knowledge of multimedia production and graphic design principles. - Familiarity with data analytics to assess learning effectiveness. - Certification in instructional design or related fields.
