What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field. - Strong understanding of LPPM/IPPM concepts and ability to translate them into practical content. - Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content deployment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in corporate training or professional development environments. - Knowledge of multimedia production and graphic design principles. - Familiarity with data analytics to assess learning effectiveness. - Certification in instructional design or related fields.
