Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting financial operations for our clients. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accurate credit records and ensuring timely payments. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor client credit accounts to ensure compliance with company policies. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and answer credit-related inquiries. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit risk management and collections. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and prepare reports as needed. - You will assist in developing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - You will support the finance department with various administrative tasks related to credit management. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management, collections, or a related financial role. - Strong understanding of credit principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with credit management software. - Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a staffing or consulting firm. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to credit and collections. - Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems. - Additional certifications in credit management or finance.
