Role Overview: As a Credit Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing issues and answer credit-related inquiries. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will assist in the preparation of credit reports and documentation for management review. - You will participate in credit risk assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits. - You will support the implementation of credit improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with credit management software and financial analysis tools. - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term temporary role.
